Event Details
The public trust doctrine ensures navigable waters are held in trust, common highways, forever free. In a sense, Wisconsin waters belong to everyone. Water@UW-Madison belongs to everyone, too. We don’t represent just one department; we flow across disciplines, uniting water researchers and practitioners across institutional boundaries. All are welcome!
We curated the 2023 art & science poster session with our cross- and inter-disciplinary identity in mind. We were so lucky to welcome our intrepid affiliates and members, helping them display nearly 60 items related to water work and water research. The energy and excitement in the room was palpable– with conversations and connections emerging everywhere, we’re only looking forward to next year’s event!
