- Research Summary
- In my sculptural projects I create objects which interact with and derive meaning from their surroundings. Much of the work seeks to link our constructed culture and daily lives with wider cycles in the natural world. I’m interested in site-specific sculpture that expands beyond the bubble of the small, nearby and short-term. At UW-Madison I teach sculpture classes from undergraduate through graduate levels and emphasize working in the public realm, outside of traditional gallery spaces.
