Research Summary

I am a watershed hydrologist and Associate Professor in the Soil and Environmental Sciences Department. In the UW Madison Watershed Hydrology Lab, we study how and why water moves throughout Earth's surface and near surface environments. We also study the ecological, physical, and biogeochemical implications of water movement. We study systems from mountain headwaters to coastal wetlands.
